2026 Summer Dance Program

The Dance Academy of Stuart is excited to offer a variety of summer dance camps for different age groups and dance styles! All camps are taught by DAS Faculty and select guest instructors and will be held at our Stuart studio location unless otherwise noted. Campers should wear appropriate dance attire and shoes and bring a packed lunch and water bottle each day.

Each camp requires a minimum of six registrants to run. In the event of low enrollment, a full refund will be issued. Early registration is strongly recommended. Registration is available only online. New families must call the studio at 772-220-9440 to provide a credit card for the registration fee
(a 3% credit card processing fee applies). Please note that we are unable to reserve a space without the registration fee.

Fairytale Dance Camp

Ages 3 - 6

Camp students will enjoy a wide variety of dance classes such as Ballet, Tap, and Youth Jazz. Costume dress-up and craft each day all with a fairytale theme. Dancers should bring a lunch. Mini-Performance will be held on last day!

Broadway Starlets

Ages 4 - 7

Monday - Friday

Your budding musical theatre artist will love this week long camp that focuses on the music, the dance and stories behind popular musicals. Mini-Showcase will be held on the last day!

Musical Theatre Dance Camp

Ages 8-16 years

Explore the magic of musical theatre in a fun and immersive camp where you’ll explore the acting, and dancing skills, culminating in a spectacular stage performance. will be held on the last day!

Mini Acro & Hip Hop

Ages 3-6

Stretch and move during this fun, active camp! Using fun age-appropriate music, this class will teach the basic and fundamental movements of contemporary hiphop focusing on rhythm, technique, and precision. Mini-showcase on last day!

Commercial Dance Camp

Ages 6-9

Students will explore a wide variety of dance styles while also focusing on conditioning and technique. Mini-showcase on last day!

Teen Dance Camp

Ages 10-17

This camp is designed to keep you moving! It will include a wide variety of dance styles including Ballet, PBT Stretch & Strengthen, Conditioning, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, and Musical Theatre.
This is a perfect camp for beginner and intermediate dancers.

Ballet Intensives

Stay strong all summer long! Students will enjoy daily technique classes in Ballet, Lyrical, Pre-Pointe or Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary and more. Bring your own lunch. All ballet intensives are taught by DAS Faculty and guest instructors. Intensives are at our Stuart location unless otherwise noted. Bring your own lunch.

Company Workshops & Auditions

Since 1998 the Stuart City Dancers have been The Dance Academy of Stuart’s company, comprised of serious young dancers. These dancers are focused and strongly desire to further their training and partake in additional performance opportunities, including community outreach. Stuart City Dancer members strive for excellence and a commitment to the art of ballet and dance. To audition dancers must have completed one full year of Ballet II or higher and have completed summer requirements.

Pre-Season Workshops

These workshops are mandatory for dancers who plan on auditioning.

This workshop is for dancers who meet Stuart City Dancer requirements and plan on auditioning this year.

Stuart City Dancers Requirements

Auditions for Stuart City Dancers are held every August. To audition dancers must have completed one full year of Ballet II or higher and have completed summer requirements.
