Congratulations to all our dancers participating in our annual End-of-Year Performances! This guide contains all the important information you need for a successful performance. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in person or by phone.
Performance Dates & Times

- Saturday, May 31st @ 6:30 pm – Wizard of Oz – Palm City Ballet Level I - VI students
- Sunday, June 1st @ 2:00 pm – And the Winner Is – Palm City Level I/II & Up
- Sunday, June 1st @ 6:30 pm – And the Winner Is – Stuart Level I/II & Up

- Wizard of Oz: Tickets go on sale Wednesday, April 30th at 10:00 am
- And the Winner Is: Tickets go on sale Friday, May 2nd at 10:00 am

Mandatory Dress Rehearsals
- All dress rehearsals are closed. Parents are not allowed to enter the theatre during rehearsals.
And the Winner Is Dress Rehearsal (held at the Stuart location, Black Box Theatre):
- Sunday, May 25th
- 1:00 pm – 3:15 pm – Palm City Classes & Select Stuart Classes
- 3:45 pm – 5:45 pm – Stuart Classes
Wizard of Oz Rehearsals (held at the Stuart studio, Black Box Theatre):
- Non-Dress Rehearsal – Saturday, May 24th
- Palm City: 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm
- Stuart: 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Mandatory Dress Rehearsals at Lyric Theatre:
- Friday, May 30th @ 1:00 pm – Wizard of Oz – Stuart Ballet Level I - VI
- Dancers arrive by 12:00 pm
- Company Members arrive by 9:15 – 9:30 am
- Saturday, May 31st @ 1:00 pm – Wizard of Oz – Palm City Ballet Level I - VI

- Arrive dressed with hair and makeup ready to rehearse!
Performance Guidelines
- Only volunteers who sign up will be allowed backstage.
- DAS staff will escort your child to a dressing room.
- For safety reasons, dancers will not be allowed to leave until AFTER the final bow.
- Once your child has performed, please enjoy the rest of the show!
Important Notes:
Classes continue on Monday, June 2nd, 2025. Visit the website for summer intensive
No photography or video recording during performances.
DVDs are available for purchase at www.lightningvideos.com or call 561-641-8181.
Do not allow your child to bring expensive electronics backstage. The dressing rooms can be crowded, and items may get lost or damaged. DAS is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
All ballet students must wear clean pink leather ballet shoes or pointe shoes and pink tights.
Stuart City Senior Company dancers must wear seamed mesh tights.
No jewelry is allowed during performances (check with your instructor about crystal stud earrings).
Hair: Proper stage makeup and hair in a bun are required. Hairnets are mandatory. Please avoid using Hot Buns—they will be removed backstage. If assistance is needed with hair, ask our staff or volunteers.
May tuition must be paid in full before all performances.
Saturday, June 28th: Last day of classes for the season.
Mini camps begin June 2025. Check the website for camp and intensive details.
